Daten und Konto löschen
Stand: Oktober 2026 – gilt ab Version 1.2 der App.
Never Too Late braucht kein Benutzerkonto: Termine, Einstellungen und Erinnerungen liegen auf deinem Gerät.
Was wo gespeichert ist
Sie bleiben dort, egal was du hier löschst.
Bei Never Too Late
- Öffne Never Too Late → Reiter „Profil“ → Karte „Deine Daten“.
Profil → „Deine Daten“ → 🔓 Google-Kalender trennen.
Was danach bleibt

Delete Data and Account
Last updated: October 2026 – applies from version 1.2 of the app.
Never Too Late needs no user account: your events, settings and reminders stay on your device. We only store what Smart Trips, credits and your subscription need – linked to a pseudonymous identifier of your device, never to your name or email address. You can delete it yourself at any time: in the app or by email.
What is stored where
On your device
- Settings, reminder schemes, time buffers and “Don't forget?” notes
- Cached upcoming events, routes and weather
- Your last known location (for at most 24 hours)
- The identifier your credits and subscription are tied to
Your events themselves are in your calendar – including the ones you create with Never Too Late. They stay there, whatever you delete here.
With Never Too Late
- For each Smart Trip: title, start and location of the event, your settings for it and the starting point – until the event is over, at the latest until the end of the following month
- Your device's push address for departure reminders and background sync – until 30 days after it last checked in
- Credit transactions, subscription status and the pseudonymised identifier of your device
- Only with Pro and a connected Google Calendar: the Google connection, a mirror of your events for the next three days and your last location
Details: Privacy Policy, sections 3.7 and 7.
Option 1 – Delete account (in the app)
- Open Never Too Late → “Profile” tab → “Your Data” card.
- Tap 🗑 Delete account and confirm.
This immediately deletes your data at Never Too Late – Smart Trips, push addresses, stored coordinates and, if present, the Google Calendar connection – and all settings on this device. The app then starts as if newly installed. Your events stay in your calendar; purchased credits and an active subscription stay with this device (see below).
Option 2 – Only disconnect Google Calendar (Pro)
Profile → “Your Data” → 🔓 Disconnect Google Calendar. We revoke access at Google and delete the Google connection, the event mirror and your last location; Smart Trips that were set up from your Google Calendar end. Credits, subscription and your other Smart Trips remain. You can also review granted access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Option 3 – Delete everything by email
If the identifier of your device, the credit transactions and the subscription status should be deleted as well – or you no longer have the app –, write to visitors@coverset.eu and include your support number (Profile → “Your Data”, for example “12-K7QF”). Without it we cannot find your device – we know neither your name nor your email address. We then delete everything linked to this identifier and confirm it to you – without undue delay, at the latest within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR). Unused credits expire.
Note: Uninstalling only removes the data on your device. If you have already deleted the app, install it again – it usually shows the same support number.
What remains afterwards
- After “Delete account”: the pseudonymised identifier of your device, credit transactions and subscription status – so that purchased credits and an active subscription come back after a reinstall and the starter credit cannot be claimed twice. They do not allow any conclusions about you as a person. If there are neither purchased credits nor a subscription, we delete them automatically 24 months after your device last contacted us; purchased credits remain until they are used up or you request deletion (option 3).
- Purchases and subscriptions: receipts are managed by Apple or Google, the purchase status for us by RevenueCat – on request we have it deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply. An active subscription does not end when you delete your data – cancel it in your store account's subscription settings.
- Operations log: contains only internal numbers, no events and no addresses, and is deleted after seven days.

Eliminar datos y cuenta
En Never Too Late
- Abre Never Too Late → pestaña «Perfil» → tarjeta «Tus datos».
- Toca 🗑 Eliminar cuenta y confirma.
Perfil → «Tus datos» → 🔓 Desconectar Google Calendar.
No permiten identificarte.
